ARRA TV தனது தொலைக்காட்சி ஒளிபரப்பு சேவையை வரும் புதன்கிழமை அன்று தனது டெஸ்ட் சிக்னலை ஆரம்பம் செய்ய உள்ளது. இது IS-10 68.5 Degree East Frequency - 3741 Mhz Symbolrate - 7000 KSPS FEC Rate - 3/4 Polarization - Vertical Modulation - 8PSK யில் தனது சேவையை துவங்க உள்ளதாக செய்திகள் பரவி வருகிறது.
